What lacks in the system is access. Classes are often an expensive monthly debt, Schools are not techologically equipped, Books are scarce and expensive. With these reasons and countless others, several very intelligent kids could have potentially had better futures instead of settling for the streets. ICP's goal is to be a presence that would help children realize their dreams
